Bill Lobley
A Note From Bill to His Fans:
Hello Friends!
Bill Lobley here. You probably know me as Sparks from Sealab 2021, Jeremiah Fink from Bioshock Infinite, and Huck from Arcane…
I just wanted to let you know I'm coming to the Washington, D.C. Capital area for RisuCon, August 17 & 18 in Rockville, MD. It's my first appearance in the area in quite a while and we wanted to do something special for the people who have loved and supported my work all this time. So, I’m going to be signing some free autographs at RisuCon! That's right! Bring a piece of memorabilia and I’ll autograph one for you, no charge. It's just my way of saying, "Thanks" to everyone. Yes, there are some limitations to what I can sign* (see below), but I think this will be one more great way to show my appreciation to all the fans from Northern Virginia, Washington, and Maryland. I can't wait to meet you all in person, express my thanks, and offer a little something to remember the experience and my visit. See you at RisuCon!
Bill's Story
Voice Actor Bill Lobley has been voicing wholesome good guys and bloodthirsty villains alike for many years. Appearing as Huck in the Emmy Award-winning Arcane as well as in Kid Cudi’s Entergalactic (Netflix), and the upcoming OMG Yes!, he continues to add to a widely varied resume that includes Adult Swim's Sealab 2021 (Sparks), Bioshock 2 (Stanley Poole), and Bioshock Infinite (Jeremiah Fink). Video Game titles include Fallout 76, Just Cause 3 (Sheldon), Mafia II, The Darkness (Bragg), Star Wars TOR, LA Noire, and others. Bill memorably voiced the foul mouthed Commander in Rockstar's Republican Space Rangers for the iconic Grand Theft Auto Series.
On the more kid friendly side, he's heard frequently on Nickelodeon (Butterbean's Cafe, Jumpsies, and Wallykazam) as well as countless audiobook titles for Scholastic; including multiple roles (okay... all of
them) in the award winning Geronimo Stilton book series. He still gets fan mail for his work in Anime as well. Titles include MFKZ, Lastman, Fireworks, Phantom Boy, and others.
His voice work in Television and Feature Films runs the gamut from Big Budget Features like Nightmare Alley and NYAD, and Hulu’s The Bear; to Cult Classics like I, Tonya and The Dead Don't Die. And, he does
Commercials, too; voicing Skeletor, The Hamburglar, and even the Parkay Margarine Tub! When not in the Studio, Bill thrives on meeting Game Players and Cartoon Aficionado both online and in person. He resides in suburban New Jersey, with his 100 percent Artistic family and the world's craziest dog.

Bill's cool YouTube interview
You can purchase your PHOTO-OP ticket with Bill online before they sell out. It is unlikely that any photo-op tickets will be available the day of the convention.
Bill will be signing autographs at a special table next to the Superheroes outside the White Flint Amphitheater. Bill will appear on-stage in Brookside for his Q&A Saturday at 12pm and Sunday at 2pm. Bill's photo op times are Saturday at 12:45pm and Sunday at 1:30pm. Otherwise, find Bill at his table!
*Bill will sign one item, per attendee, per day, at his table. If you attend both Saturday and Sunday, you will receive a free autograph each day, but you will need to attend each day. One item, per person, per day maximum. You must bring your own item for Bill to sign, OR you may purchase an item/photo that Bill has at his table for him to sign for free. The free autograph does NOT include a free item or photo from Bill's table. Many of our vendors may have Bill items for sale as well such as keychains, toys, and Funko Pops, but before purchasing a print or photo to have Bill sign, please check his table; he will not sign photos or prints purchased someplace else if he is currently offering that photo or print for sale at his table, or something very similar. This usually means photos and prints of individual characters that Bill has portrayed, but please; check Bill's table before making a purchase anywhere else. Bill's doing everyone a huge kindness by signing an item for free, please show him the respect of purchasing one of his photographs from him at his table. Bill's favorite item to sign for free is his photo op. Purchase your photo op ticket with Bill, get your portrait taken with him, let it print, then take it to Bill's table and have him sign it for free. This is the most memorable way to display your time meeting Bill. Bill has the right to refuse to sign any obscene or offensive materials presented to him, at his sole discretion. Bill also reserves the right not to sign an item that may be copyrighted, such as a copy of a promotional or branded photograph. Bill is an artist and respects the works of other artists such as photographers. If there are any questions about Bill's free autograph policy, please email RisuCon at John@RisuCon.com.
